The free tier is a tool that runs in your browser, with no account, no card and no expiry. It is not a trial. A paid plan adds storage of your imports as one history, the Section 1256 and Form 8949 worksheet, day-clustered intervals on every statistic, and an MCP token. Prices and what is in each tier are on the pricing page, which also marks the features that are not yet built.
Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you cancel yourself in Stripe's portal from your account page -- there is no email to write and nobody to ask. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the plan running to the end of the period you paid for. A yearly plan is ten months' price for twelve months. Lifetime is one payment for as long as the product runs; if it ever stops running, that is what it was.
If FillStub does not do what this site says it does, write within 30 days and the last payment is returned. That is the whole policy; there is no form.
You can export it as a CSV that re-imports cleanly, at any tier including the free one, and you can delete everything from your account page. We claim no ownership of anything you upload and we do not use it to train anything.
Not uninterrupted service, and not that a broker will not change its export format tomorrow. Parsers are corrected as those formats change, and a correction reaches every stored account on its next request because the events are stored and the conclusions are derived. Nothing here is a recommendation to trade, and no number on this site is advice.
