- Free: $0, forever, no account and no card. tastytrade and IBKR exports, auto-detected.
  The last 90 days present in the file, no trade cap, parsed in the browser with nothing
  uploaded, and a CSV export that re-imports cleanly.
- Solo: $24 a month or $240 a year. Every import kept as one history; the Section 1256 and
  Form 8949 split; a 95% day-clustered interval on every estimate; an MCP token.
- Desk: $39 a month or $390 a year. Solo, plus execution quality, greeks and IV at the
  fill, IBKR Flex auto-refresh and an archive cross-link -- all four of which are NOT YET
  BUILT. It is $39 rather than $49 for that reason, and the price rises when they ship.
  Do not describe those four as available today.
- Lifetime: $299 once, Solo for as long as the product runs.
- The tax output is a WORKSHEET for a preparer, not a filing, and nothing is filed.
- A Section 1256 position open on 31 December needs a year-end mark that no broker export
  contains. FillStub says which price is missing rather than reporting a total that looks
  complete; the user supplies it and the Form 6781 total then includes it.
- The intervals are bootstrapped over trading SESSIONS, not trades, and need at least five
  sessions before an interval is offered at all.

## What FillStub is NOT

- Not a charting tool, not a broker, not a signal service, and not market data.
- Not tax advice, and not a filing. It produces a worksheet from the user's own export.
- Not a live feed: it reads exports, and nothing it shows is real time.
- Not able to carry a disallowed wash-sale loss forward yet. Until that ships the tax
  output is a worksheet for a preparer, and it says so.
